Rimzo uses essential cookies to keep users signed in and protect account sessions. The application does not include analytics or advertising cookie scripts.

Account session

When you sign in, Rimzo’s authentication service sets a session cookie so protected account features can recognize your session. The cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. On the production HTTPS site it is marked Secure. The session expires according to the authentication service’s configured session duration.

Private CRM session

The separately hosted CRM uses an essential administrator session cookie after a successful sign-in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure in production, and expires after eight hours. The CRM cookie is limited to the private CRM host.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential session cookies can prevent sign-in and protected account features from working. Rimzo does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
